MBOT extends help to businesses impacted by Hickory Drive explosion

July 7, 2016 – As the voice and advocate for business in the City of Mississauga, Mississauga Board of Trade (MBOT) will extend use of its board room and meeting room facilities to those businesses that have been impacted by the explosion on Hickory Drive on Tuesday June 28, 2016.

“We understand that many self employed business owners work solely from a home office and although they may have business interruption insurance, that doesn’t give them an instant place to work or meet with clients” said David Wojcik, President and CEO of MBOT.

MBOT is extending temporary hoteling space, meeting space and ancillary services to all business owners in the affected area. Space is limited and will be provided on a first come first serve and critical need basis. More information is available by calling 905 273 6151 ext. 210 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
