MBOT offers private boardrooms at its office in Mississauga’s City Centre area. Members and non-members can meet for client meetings, staff meetings, brainstorming sessions or other business-related matters.

Rental includes:

- Digital Projector only for Hazel McCallion Room
- Parking free up to 2 hours ($5 flat fee thereafter; cash or credit; no Amex)
- External microphone available for virtual meetings
- Large screen monitors for peel and mississauga room
Terms & Conditions:
- A credit card number is required to hold the booking.
- Room rentals are not confirmed until the contract has been returned and MBOT has approved the reservation.
- All virtual meetings require an MBOT Technician.
- Cancellations should be received at least 30 business days in advance to avoid full room charges.
- Rentals are available Monday to Friday 09:00AM to 04:00PM
- Room rentals are subject to a 10% service charge.
