Ky Joseph’s talent and business savvy are the guiding characteristics that helped her become a successful business woman in an industry previously dominated by men.

Joseph was the keynote speaker at our Growth and Power Breakfast series Jan. 22, at the Port Credit Yacht Club.

What a dynamo.

Davud and KyJoseph is the Executive Vice President of Sales for The Evanov Radio Group, one of the country’s fastest growing independent broadcast corporations and shares in ownership of the company’s three most recent radio station acquisitions.

Her professionalism, integrity and business accomplishments in media were acknowledged by her peers during “Canadian Music Week 2008” where she was presented with The Rosalie Tromblay Award, which honors trailblazing woman in broadcasting. She was also named one of Canada’s Women of Distinction in 2014.

As an active speaker, Joseph presents seminars and workshops on the topics of business, management, personal branding and sales mastery with a high-energy style that is both inspiring and contagious. She is an accredited business coach and a regular magazine and newspaper columnist sharing tips on how to succeed in business using the power of self-branding strategies.

Growth & Power is a breakfast series designed for CEOs and senior executives in Mississauga and the surrounding areas. It features presentations from some of Canada’s most influential entrepreneurs, CEOs and business success stories, providing the opportunity to learn from practical anecdotes and advice based on the experiences gained in building their own organizations.

In a fireside chat interview style with Biz TV Canada host, David Wojcik, Joseph talked about how she broke into the broadcasting business, started the magazine Flauntrepreneur and launched Wantster all while building an impressive real estate portfolio.
