As a large, vibrant and active board/chamber, MBOT delivers a wide variety of high quality business programs, services, benefits and events, to support the development and connectivity of businesses and is an influential voice on policy issues impacting business. We play a strong policy and government relations role, and engage with other leading stakeholders to impact economic prosperity and quality of life in the community.
As part of our ongoing success, MBOT is now seeking a dynamic, creative and energetic executive to lead us through the next phase of our evolution.
In this high profile role, you will be responsible for working with our highly dedicated and professional staff and engaged Board of Directors to lead a dynamic business organization. Through strong business acumen, leadership and communication skills and an engaging interpersonal style, you will be the driving force behind MBOT’s success and will help us chart an ambitious direction for the future.
Ideally, you possess a post secondary education in business or public administration together with top notch strategic and operational expertise. A seasoned organization executive, your track record of leadership accomplishments demonstrates an ability to forge and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government, business and community leaders.
