Event Overview
Join us for an informative webinar exploring the Worker Retention Grant, a new support available to businesses and workers participating in the Work-Sharing program.
The webinar will provide an overview of how the grant can help employers retain skilled employees during periods of reduced business activity while providing opportunities for workers to develop new skills through training. Participants will learn how the grant works, the benefits for employers and workers, available training opportunities and additional funding supports that may be available.
The session will also cover key application timelines and resources available through Service Canada and Job Bank to help businesses determine whether the program may be right for them.
