The UTM Career Centre (CC) connects students and recent graduates with meaningful career opportunities while helping employers access a talented and diverse pool of emerging professionals. The CC offers a range of services including career counselling, a job board that can reach students at all three U of T campuses, tailored recruitment events, and so much more. UTM's co-op programs in Management, Economics, Science, and Communication provide students with 12–16 months of full-time work experience, preparing them for long-term career success. Businesses can engage with students and recent graduates through networking events, career fairs, and employer-hosted sessions which are all designed to build visibility and connect organizations with future-ready talent. For members of the Mississauga Board of Trade, the Centre offers accessible and strategic pathways to recruit, partner on student development, and contribute to the regional workforce pipeline.
