MBOT Welcomes Newly Elected Mayor of Mississauga and Ward 5 Councillor
It is with great enthusiasm that the Mississauga Board of Trade (MBOT) welcomes the newly elected mayor of Mississauga, Carolyn Parrish. This is a momentous occasion for our vibrant and thriving city, marking a new chapter of leadership and vision to guide the municipality forward. As Mayor-Elect Parrish steps into this pivotal role, she will be tasked with addressing the unique challenges and opportunities that face a rapidly growing, diverse urban area that is Mississauga. From managing the municipal budget to building new transportation infrastructure and housing, MBOT welcomes her expertise, innovative thinking and collaborative spirit to ensure the city continues to flourish for both residents and businesses of all sizes. This is an exciting and inspiring time for Mississauga; we look forward to working with Mayor-Elect Parrish to realize a shared vision of progress, livability, and prosperity.
MBOT would also like to congratulate Natalie Hart on her by-election victory in Ward 5, Mississauga!
Councillor-Elect Hart’s background, including her tenure as Executive Director of the Malton BIA will serve residents and businesses well. We look forward to working with Councillor-Elect Hart and all of Council to build a more prosperous city. This is an exciting and inspiring time for Mississauga.
