Well its official, the province is moving to Step 3 of its reopening plan on Friday. Many activities such as indoor dining, going to gyms and movie theatres will be open for the first time in months. While this is welcome news to everyone, there are still safety measure we need to follow. To help us with the discussion is Dr. Lawrence Loh.
