After seven long months of COVID, Peel Region found itself in another 28 day modified restriction phase which was to end on Friday Nov 6th. Then came the bad news. The Province had moved to a colour coded system and Peel was going into the RED zone. On top of that, the Chief Medical Officer for Peel added on some additional restrictions, sending businesses into a tailspin. Why is this happening, what did the Top Doc in Peel order and how much power does he have. Joining us is Dr. Lawrence Loh. Dr. Loh is the Medical Officer of Health at Region of Peel – Public Health. He is board certified in family medicine in Canada and in Public Health and Preventive Medicine in both Canada and the United States.
