Well here we go again with my customer service nightmares part 2. Nothing urks me more than poor customer service. Sometimes it’s the lack of good manners, like being in a bad mood when you show up for your customer service shift and taking in out on the customer, OR…well you get the idea. I seem to be a lightning rod for bad customer service, so to help me vent and tell me if I have a valid point or I’m just a cranky customer, is Sharon Worsley.
